We combine professionalism with a personal touch, because we believe technology should serve people – not the other way around.
In March 2014, I created my first website. Although it wasn’t visually impressive, it served its purpose and was something I could show off at school.
Since then, I have explored various areas of IT, including programming, graphic design, music production, and video editing. In 2015, two of my videos were featured on the channel of one of Poland’s top YouTubers at the time. Thanks to this, in 2016 I achieved over a million views for my productions.
In 2018, I had the opportunity to intern as an IT specialist in a helpdesk department in Warsaw, where I gained insight into working in a large company.
Throughout my childhood, I explored many fields within IT, which helped me discover where I feel most confident. Since November 2019, I have been pursuing my passions professionally, combining IT support with computer repair services. This allows me to turn my interests into a career.
For over two years, I worked as a first-line support specialist, gaining valuable experience in troubleshooting user issues and maintaining systems. Over time, I expanded my skills in website development, process automation, cloud technologies, and Linux and Windows system administration.
Today, I specialize in DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and comprehensive CI/CD solutions. I also have a solid foundation in configuring cloud environments using Microsoft Azure and AWS. My work includes automating IT infrastructure deployment and management, ensuring robust application testing and delivery. I maintain system stability through regular updates and continuous server environment monitoring.

My journey began with servicing hardware and software, where I quickly gained the skills needed to work efficiently in this field.
After a year and a half, I moved into user support, solving a wide range of IT issues both remotely and on-site. Later, I gained experience in IT outsourcing for businesses and managing the repair process to ensure smooth operations.
I am comfortable solving everyday IT problems, but I find the greatest satisfaction in tackling unique and complex challenges that require extra time and attention.
I enjoy connecting with people and communicating openly, which has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills and confidently tackle even the most complex IT challenges.
I am open to all opportunities in the IT industry and continually strive to expand my knowledge in every area to provide comprehensive and effective support.
